Prices of offshore companies
We charge prices for the establishment of an offshore company and its administration in forthcoming years on the basis of a transparent price list categorized in the following table.
Before the process of establishing an offshore company, a professional consultation is recommended to analyze the particular business plan and recommend an appropriate tax haven for the establishment of the offshore company.
This offshore consultation is charged at 2.000, - CZK, and this amount will be deducted from the price of the offshore company.
You can acquire an offshore company also without the initial expert consultation, however in this case you take the risk that the offshore company will not perform a proper purpose for you or you can put yourself at risk of prosecution by the authorities.

I) Nominee Service
- 14.900, - CZK per year for nominee directors / shareholders
- 10.000, - CZK for a single exposure of apostilled power of attorney
- Individual acts and signatures of nominee directors / shareholders - as the case
II) The establishment of a bank account in a foreign bank
- 10.000, - to 30.000, - CZK depending on destination and requirements
III) Accounting and audit
- Mandatory only in certain destinations - typically Cyprus, Malta, United Kingdom
- From 20.000, - CZK per year for accounting incl. audit according to offshore destinations and the number of accounting documents
- Transfer of financial accounting documents, auditors and banks, preparation of designs invoices and other accounting documents, stamps, etc., at the hourly rate of 2.000, - CZK / hour
IV) Preparation of documents and other legal acts, expert consultation
- Fresh listings from the trade register, statement of indebtedness (goodstanding)
- Drafting and preparation of contracts, signing contracts delivered to the client, transcription and transfer of shares
- Exposure sole shareholder / partner, the minutes of the General Meeting,
- Invoice, bill of exchange, credit note, preparation package for the bank, the court or the tax office, etc.
